To access analytics and other tools, the price goes up to just $5/month.

The interface is easy to navigate, their unique templates are professionally designed, and you can even start for free. Easily reach your clients and get new ones as you increase your marketing efforts in a snap. Mailchimp starts at $14/month, but like many other services they offer a free option within a certain amount of subscribers. 




5. Xero 

This New Zealand company allows you to monitor your cash flow in real-time. Send invoices (and see when they’ve been opened), create expense claims, and import and categorize all your latest bank transactions. There are dozens and dozens of more features that Xero offers and it also integrates with over 700 small business apps, like PayPal. Xero starts at $5.50 a month. 





6. Last Pass Password Manager 

Tired of forgetting passwords after being forced to reset them every six months? Never lose a password again with Last Pass, which is essentially a password storage app. The cool thing about the Last Pass is it stores more than just login info. Oh, and there’s a free option too. 






7. Asana  

Asana is another project management tool with quite a few cool features. Work with your team, create projects, then delegate and manage tasks all in one place. Asana allows you to see projects in a timeline, create and customize workflows, and can be integrated with hundreds of other apps like Slack, Google and Office suite products, and more. 





8. Evernote 

The possibilities for organized note-taking are endless with Evernote. From taking simple notes to making to-do lists, to working with a team, Evernote can double as both a notepad and a tool for working with a team. Save and markup web pages. Integrate your calendar. Evernote comes free on most Windows devices. There are paid options ranging from $9-$14 for business and team needs. 





9. Tripit 

Tripit is the perfect business tool for business owners who travel frequently for work or just because. Flights, hotels, rental cars, any reservations can be tracked with Tripit. Simply send your confirmation to the provided email address, and all of your trip details are auto-loaded into your account. Track expenses, pay bills, generate invoices, collect payments, plan trips, and manage company credit cards. All of your accounting, in one app. Create and send invoices. Pay bills. If you aren’t yet ready for a full-on accountant or to use software like Quickbooks or Xero, Expensify is for you. This is  another app that is great for team projects. Share reports and budgets with your colleagues. Depending on the functions you’ll need, Expensify can cost up to $5/month, but has two free versions.
